Yes, babysitters can be booked in advance at a cost of €10 per hour, if the sitter leaves after midnight then a taxi must be paid for on top of the hourly fee.

Is Scotts Hotel a non-smoking hotel?                                                                                                                Yes, majority of guest's request favor a non smoking hotel environment. The only way to provide this expierence is to not allow smoking within the building. Therefore, we have applied this preference throughout our hotels. We do provide designated smoking areas outside the building to accommodate the need of guests who smoke. A deep-cleaning charge will apply to guests on departure who do not comply in order to cover the extensice vost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.

Yes, all residents of the hotel can avail of complimentary car parking, the car park is situated underground Scotts Street

Access from bus, train and airport is easy, the bus and train station are directly across the road from the hotel. Do you have leisure facilities?
No we don't but you can use the Aquila Club in our sister hotel The Gleneagle at a discount rate.

Is the Hotel in the town centre?
Yes, Scotts Hotel is in the town centre, just 500m away from Killarney Outlet Centre, it is located in Scotts Street, Killarney newest pedestrian street with shops such as Heatons, The Bagel Bar, Adams Jewellers and Torc Travel.

Are there check-in/check out times?
Rooms are available from 15.00h daily. If you plan to arrive early in the day, please let the hotel know and they will endeavour to have the rooms ready for you on arrival. Check out is 12.00h. If later an extra charge applies.

Is breakfast included in the rate?
In most cases breakfast is included in the price; some rooms and our Self catering accommodation is sold on a room only basis. Please check your booking confirmation where it will state if you have breakfast included. Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant from 08.00 - 10.00h.

What is Scotts Hotel Dining Options?
The Courtyard restaurant is fine dining restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served daily. It is highly advisable to book your table in advance as we cannot guarantee that a table will be available when you arrive. This can be done by requesting a time of booking or by contacting the hotel via email or by phone.
Scotts bar & courtyard serves from 12.30pm -9pm serving a wide menu selection through out the day with great value offers available

Are security deposits required?
For all self catering apartments, we require a non refundable booking deposit of €100 and on arrival a damage deposit of €250 is payable. This damage deposit is refunded in full on departure provided there is no damage to the property or excessive disruption to other guests.

For those wishing to check out and leave their luggage with us we can accommodate this upon request.

What do we charge for children?
Children under three are free. Children aged 3-16 are priced at €25 bed and breakfast per night when sharing an adult's room.

Do you leave pets in the Hotel?
We do not accommodate pets with the exception of specially trained dogs for the blind.

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
We offer specially designed wheelchair accessible rooms for those who have restricted mobility.
